Upload your resume once. Water re-targets it to any job description: keyword-aligned, ATS-ready, recruiter-friendly. All in one click.
The web app works on its own, but the extension is where Water earns its keep. Browse a job posting on Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, or iCIMS. Hit the Water button. A tailored resume and cover letter, grounded in your master, in about thirty seconds. No copy-paste, no switching tabs.
Saved, applied, interviewing, offer, rejected. Drag cards across the board. Every row keeps the parsed JD, the tailored resume, the cover letter, and your notes together. No spreadsheet to maintain.
Water generates an interview question pack from your tailored resume and the actual JD. Behavioral and technical questions that map to the bullets you shipped, not recycled brainteasers.
Hi Priya, the part of the JD about cutting deploy latency caught my eye. At Acme I rebuilt the deploy pipeline and pulled p95 from forty minutes to six. Would you have fifteen minutes this week to talk through the role?
Paste a recruiter's name and email. Water checks whether their listed location aligns with the posting, then drafts a short, specific cold email grounded in your real resume. You send it from your own inbox.
The tailoring loop is gated on a Human Voice score. If a draft pings the AI tells (em dashes, banned buzzwords, repeated openers, uniform bullet lengths), the rewriter runs again with explicit feedback. Up to four passes until the score clears 60.
Water scores the master resume against the JD's keyword surface, then runs the rewrite until the tailored copy outscores it. If it can't, the run fails cleanly and tells you which keywords are missing from your master.
Water's extension supports the ATSes that screen most postings you'll see.
